Format and printing

Fillable PDFs in UK A4 and US Letter, delivered together as a ZIP download. This is a digital product. No physical item will be sent.

Extract the ZIP, then open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader. Type into the fields and save your copy, or print blank and write by hand. Print at 100% / Actual size. Check your printer supports your chosen paper or card.

All three colours are included: blue, rose and sage.

Type your nursery or shop name once within each artist PDF and it repeats across five pages. The Certificate of Authenticity records your work as the reborn artist; it does not replace the sculptor’s original kit certificate.

Licence

Artist commercial licence. You may print these templates, add your nursery or shop name, and include the printed paperwork with any dolls or products you sell, in any quantity. You may not resell, share, upload or give away the digital files or templates themselves, or present the designs as your own.

After payment is confirmed, use the download link in your order email. Save a copy to your computer. Contact me if you need help downloading or using the files.
