Product Listings & Sales
All dolls and handmade items are one-of-a-kind and described as clearly and honestly as possible. Prices are listed in GBP and may change at any time.
Orders, Payment & Shipping
Orders are confirmed once full payment has been received through one of the payment methods offered at checkout. UK orders that do not qualify for free delivery can be sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24 for £4.75 or by Standard delivery for £3.85, as selected at checkout. Standard delivery uses Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Evri, chosen by Moon & Milk. UK delivery is free when the order total is £30 or more after discounts; paid delivery options will not appear at checkout when free delivery applies. Free delivery normally uses Royal Mail Tracked 24, while reborn dolls are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. A confirmation email will be sent once the order has been dispatched. Orders are dispatched within three working days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays.
Privacy
Your data is used to process and deliver orders, respond to messages, keep required business records and, where you actively opt in, send marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Payment details are handled by the payment provider for your chosen checkout method. I do not sell your personal information and share it only where needed to operate the shop, fulfil orders or comply with the law. See the Privacy Policy for more details.

Digital downloads

Printable products are digital files, not physical goods. The product page explains the files, sizes, software requirements and permitted use. Download links are provided after payment is confirmed.

At checkout, you are asked to request immediate access and acknowledge that your 14-day cancellation right for the digital items ends once downloading begins. This does not affect your rights if the files are faulty or not as described.

If you have not begun downloading and wish to cancel, or need help with a file, email hello@moonandmilkdolls.co.uk with your order number. Physical goods in the same order keep their usual cancellation and return rights.

Review invitations and reviews

After a website purchase, Moon & Milk Dolls may email you once to ask for an honest review of your order, 14 days after it is marked completed. You do not need to subscribe to shop emails. Each request includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask to stop review requests by emailing hello@moonandmilkdolls.co.uk. Choosing not to review does not affect your purchase or support.

You can stop future review invitations using the unsubscribe link in the email. Reviews are checked before publication. For details about the information used, see the Privacy policy.
