Realborn Dominic Asleep — a true-to-life sculpt created from 3D scans of a real baby. Measuring 19.5 inches and weighing 5 lb 9 oz, he’s meticulously weighted to real newborn proportions so his head and limbs move naturally in your arms.

Hand-painted by Aya of Moon & Milk Dolls with delicate veining, capillaries, a soft milk blister, and tiny crescent moons on each nail, Dominic comes with his COA, magnetic dummy, a bright construction sleepsuit, and a spare sleeper.

About Realborns

A Realborn® begins with a real baby — every tiny feature captured through 3D scanning before being turned into a sculpt. Dominic was the first grandson of Bountiful Baby founders Nevin & Denise Pratt, making this sculpt a small piece of reborn history.

Collector Care

Each Moon & Milk baby is individually finished, varnished for gentle durability, and sent with detailed care guidance. Suitable for adult collectors, display, or therapeutic comfort.
