Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Moon & Milk Dolls.

Each baby and care product is created with time, precision, and care — and I want you to feel completely confident in every order.

  1. Reborn Dolls

    Each Moon & Milk reborn is a unique, handmade art doll.
    If you purchase a ready-made reborn from the shop, you have a 14-day cooling-off period under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

    You may cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the doll and all accessories are returned in their original, unused condition and packaging.

    Return postage and insurance are the buyer’s responsibility.

    Custom or personalised reborns — for example, those made to your chosen hair, skin tone, weight, or outfit — are non-returnable once work has begun, unless they arrive faulty or mis-described.

    If your reborn arrives damaged or not as described, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery at hello@moonandmilkdolls.co.uk.

    Please include clear photos of the packaging and the issue. I’ll work with you to arrange a repair, replacement (if possible), or a full refund.

    In these cases, I’ll cover or refund the reasonable cost of return postage once the doll has been received and inspected.

  2. Box Openings & Gift Items
    Each Moon & Milk reborn is presented as a keepsake box opening, often with a few small wrapped extras.
    If you return a doll under the 14-day policy, please return all included items in their original, unopened condition wherever possible.
    You may open packaging only as needed to confirm the doll’s condition and accuracy.
    If additional items have been unwrapped, worn, or used, a fair deduction may be made from your refund to reflect any loss in value, as permitted under UK consumer law.
  3. Care Sprays, Conditioners & Accessories
    For hygiene reasons, opened or used sprays and fake-formula bottles cannot be returned.
    Unopened, unused items may be returned within 14 days of receipt under the same conditions as above.

    Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
  4. Return Postage
    Change-of-mind returns: buyer pays for tracked, fully insured return shipping. (Refunds can’t be issued for items lost or damaged in transit.)

    Faulty or mis-described items: Moon & Milk covers or refunds reasonable return-postage costs once the item has been received and inspected.
